You're Sold Out?
Yep, we've had to make the hard decision to discontinue this product line as we no longer have the time to continue to market and create the portraits. In the near future we will be closing down Blueberry Leopard altogether. Until this time you can still order from our Australian Bird Series and Wildlife for your Walls collection.
What - or who - can I create a portrait of?
We can create portraits of any of our friends from the Animal Kingdom! Whilst dogs and cats are our most popular subjects, we love creating art for your birds, reptiles, rodents and more.
We don't create portraits for humans, plants or non-living items.
Can I preview my art before it's printed?
Unfortunately we can't offer a preview of your custom artwork. But, rest assured, a quality portrait result for you is our top priority. Our comprehensive guidelines help you choose the best photo of your pet and our quality control team review every order to ensure all goes smoothly.
How much do your products cost?
Our personalised pet portraits start from $95 USD for an A4 custom framed print. Prices increase with the size of the product. Visit our order page for live pricing in your country's currency based on your selected product.
Does the size listed for frames refer to the overall size?
The size listed for frames is the size of the glass and does not include the width of the frame.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Australia, the UK and the USA. If you're outside these regions, get in touch with us at hello@blueberryleopard.com and we'll see what we can do.
How will my product arrive?
To ensure you receive your pet portrait as quickly as possible, your purchase will be packaged and sent directly from our printers. Due to this, multiple items in one order may arrive separately.
We trust our partners to get your item to you in perfect condition, but if there is any damage to your item please get in touch with us.
How are your products packaged for shipping?
All prints are robustly packaged.
Although there are minor differences between individual labs packaging standards, the following typical approach is consistent.
All framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
The packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.
What is the quality of the paper and frame?
Our frames are handmade by specialist picture framers. Frames are a simple, elegant design created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish.
Delivered ready for hanging.
We use premium, fine art paper with a gently textured surface.
Can my photo submission be a screenshot from Instagram?
We understand that if you're purchasing a custom pet portrait as a surprise gift or creating a piece in memoriam, it can be difficult to source a photo. While our image selection guidelines outline the specifications that will get you the best result, we have created successful portraits from lower quality images and screenshots.
